• Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered (via download link, email, or account access), we cannot issue refunds, returns, or exchanges.

• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Responsibility Before Purchase

Please ensure that:

• Your device, software, or platform is compatible with the product.

• You have selected the correct product before checkout.

Limited Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered if:

• A duplicate purchase was made in error, or

• The product was not delivered due to a technical fault on our side.
